Our Current Needs

We need a Statistical Analyst to join our Consulting function.  You will be primarily responsible for conducting a variety of analyses to meet our clients’ HR needs.  You will spend a large part of your day market pricing a variety of jobs for different clients.  You will prepare reports, graphs, and charts of the results of statistical studies.  You will also take an active role in developing, analyzing, and reporting custom compensation surveys with multiple jobs and invited participants.  You will develop forms and procedures for the collection and compilation of data.  You will also thoroughly quality check all survey data received for inaccuracies and inconsistencies. You will provide assistance to our consultants in the design and testing of a wide variety of Human Resource programs.  A successful candidate for this position will have at least 1 year experience in providing statistical analysis, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business, or a related field.  A successful candidate also will be fluent in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.

We also seek an Automation Expert to join our IT Development team.  You will be primarily responsible for supporting our existing client solutions utilizing HTML, Flash, Java, ASP, TSQL, Microsoft Office, Visual Basic, and VBA.  You will support our clients through telephone interventions and program documentation.  You will create new automated solutions to meet our clients’ and our own internal needs.  You will also maintain our corporate website.  A successful candidate for this position will have at least internship level experience in these languages, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.  A successful candidate also will be an expert with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and have some knowledge of Microsoft Access, Word, FrontPage, and Dreamweaver.

Once in the positions, the successful candidates will have frequent client contact requiring a high commitment to oral and written customer service.
