employers with federal government contracts of
$50,000 or more and 50 or more employees. It
also must be filled out by employers who do not
have a federal government contract but have 100

What changed?
The Joint Committee of the EEOC and OFCCP
collects data via an annual report (EEO-1) filed
by September 30. The report includes demographic
information (gender, race and ethnicity) by EEO
Job Categories (of which there were formerly 9).
A number of changes are being made to the race
